The Department of Media Studies and Journalism (MSJ) at the United International University (UIU) arranged a practical learning session on 20 May 2024 for the students at News24, one of the leading TV channels of the country.

Mr. Ariful Sazzad, Adjunct Faculty of Media Studies & Journalism and Planning Editor, News24, briefed the students about functions of different sections of the TV station i.e. newsroom, news anchoring, MCR, PCR, multimedia section, broadcast operation etc.
